Field Service Engineer

You should be an enthusiastic, experienced Control System Instrumentation Engineer willing to travel to customer sites across primarily, but not limited to, Scotland. Undertaking instrumentation setup, calibration, repairs, troubleshooting and completing documentation. Working within our Systems & Calibration division, the role requires someone with excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to form great customer relationships, experience of calibrations and preferably compex trained (not essential). This role will be based out of Tayport.


Project/Design Engineer - x2

  • Reporting to the Chief Engineer and having responsibility for design, quotation and progression of projects start to completion.

  • Draughting, manufacturing, fabrication and pipework experience preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate experience of project costing. Draughting experience of electrical cabling, control panels, plc would be advantageous.

Chargehand - Welder/Fabricator

  • Time served- able to travel to customer sites or work in workshop.

  • Please advise your experience and coding/training certifications in your CV

Mechanical Fitter

  • To work in Tayport Workshop, please give details of training certifications along with your experience on CV.

H&S Advisor

  • Ideally with fabrication/hot works and electrical engineering experience. NEBOSH general certificate as a minimum.

Admin & Procurement

  • Reporting to the Finance Director, we require a reliable, confident and responsible individual to take this role as we open in Tayport with a core team, with a view to the role changing as expansion/workload increases. Initially covering a wide range of admin duties including but not limited to: Procurement of materials, administering material certs and approval of invoices for purchased/delivered goods. Process sales and purchase orders onto Sage software. General reception duties including telephone reception, incoming email enquiries and dealing with posted mail. Arrange hire of any equipment. Sage experience would be an advantage along with a detail driven nature.

Workshop Manager

  • Busy Fabrication Workshop requires a Manager preferably with an understanding of Fabrication and weld procedures.  Reporting to the Engineering Director you will be responsible for allocation and planning of work ensuring desired quality standards, health and safety procedures and within required timescales.  Completion of Documentation packs also part of this role.  Great organisational and person management skills needed.​

Salary Range:  £42,000 - £47,000.00
